LOS ANGELES
Sharing the corner of Highland and Melrose with Pizzeria Mozza is Osteria Mozza, which opened to eager Angelinos in the summer of 2007. In the heart of this brand new Osteria rests Nancy Silverton's free standing Mozzarella Bar-the pivot of Nancy, Joe and Mario's creation-both literally and figuratively. Here, Nancy prepares a wide array of fresh items from Mozzarella, Burrata, Bocconcini, Strachiatella and many more.
Osteria Mozza recently announced the opening of the "Primo Ministro Room." Accommodating up to 24 guests, blood red walls and towering wine racks provide a dramatic setting in which to enjoy the heralded cuisine from Chef Matt Molina and Nancy Silverton's kitchen as overseen by Mario Batali. Dishes such as Roasted Rack of Veal, Salt Baked Ocean Trout and Risotto al Barolo are finished tableside and served by a highly trained staff.

B&B Ristorante
In the epicenter of Las Vegas is the famed Venetian Hotel and home to Mario's newest restaurant B&B Ristorante bringing his signature style to the other city that never sleeps. B&B Ristorante features his acclaimed blend of exquisite Italian food and casual elegance that "captures the soul of an Italian grandmother dancing the tango with pop rock hipsters".
Enoteca San Marco
Located just steps away from the world famous Piazza San Marco in the Venetian Hotel, Enoteca San Marco is the second Las Vegas project for Mario Batali and his partner, winemaker Joseph Bastianich. This casual eatery will be open all day, serving casual Italian fare such as homemade salami, artisanal handmade gelato, panini and regional Italian specialties as only chef Mario Batali could create.

Del Posto
Del Posto's private rooms will accommodate private dining for groups of 20 to 350, making DEL POSTO the ideal location for social functions, closing dinners, client receptions, press conferences, and numerous other events. All private events feature the cuisine and personal attention of Executive Chef Mark Ladner and Pastry Chef Tai Chopping, under the direction of Chef/Owner Mario Batali. DEL POSTO's menu changes frequently to maximize utilization of in-season produce, fish, and game.


The Tuscany Room will accommodate cocktails and dinner for up to 40 guests. The Piedmont Room will accommodate a seated dinner for up to 200 guests, with cocktails in the adjacent Hall of Wine, and is also sub-divisible into the Barbaresco Room (80 seated, 150 reception) and the Barolo Room (120 seated, 200 reception). In addition, the south mezzanine area can be reserved as a semi-private area and the entire restaurant is available for events through full buy-outs for up to 1200 guests.
